Elektra

I captured the bull as a dynamic, almost tempestuous figure. Its powerful body seems to be in motion, as if breaking through space – a homage to the star Electra, which stands as a luminous point in the sky within the constellation Taurus. Occasionally, Electra is occluded by Venus. The vivid, almost explosive color contrasts of glowing orange, deep black and earthy red tones reflect energy and passion.

The rough, expressive brushwork emphasizes the raw power of the bull, while the luminous accents in the background evoke cosmic expanses. For me, this work stands for unbridled life energy, instinct and the connection between strength and infinity.
